Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information pk66.net.pk collects and how it is used.

Privacy Policy Information We Collect

Basic account details such as your phone number or email address, password, and device information used to prevent duplicate accounts. Transaction records related to deposits and withdrawals, including amounts and timestamps, but not your full wallet PIN or banking password. General usage data such as which games you play and how often you log in, used to improve the platform and calculate VIP tier progress.

How This Information Is Used

To operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide customer support when you contact us. To detect and prevent fraud, including duplicate account creation and unauthorized access attempts. To improve game offerings and bonus programs based on general usage patterns, not individual targeting beyond standard account management.

Sharing With Third Parties

Payment information is shared only with JazzCash and EasyPaisa as needed to process your specific deposit or withdrawal request. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your payment data. PK66 does not sell personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Data Security

Account and transaction data is protected using standard encryption methods. While reasonable security measures are in place, no online platform can guarantee complete protection against all possible security threats, and users should also follow the account security tips listed on the Register and Login page.

Data Retention

Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for fraud prevention and any applicable financial record-keeping obligations.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal information linked to your account, or request account closure and data deletion, by contacting support through live chat. Some transaction records may need to be retained even after account closure where required for legal or security reasons.

Privacy Policy Cookies

The PK66 website may use basic cookies to keep you logged in and remember simple preferences. These cookies do not track your activity across unrelated websites.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of PK66 after an update means you accept the revised policy.
